Dr. Dan Mulligan is the President of Simply Achieve, Incorporated,

located in Virginia Beach, Virginia;

a consulting firm specializing in student achievement and accountability.

He has an extensive background in the teaching of mathematics at all levels

and in working with math standards.

Dr. Mulligan has conducted numerous teacher workshops

throughout the state and works with school teams to identify research based

instructional and assessment strategies and target areas for increased student performance.

Most recently, Dan has worked for Hampton and Chesapeake City Schools.
